I just came home from a 4-day wilderness kayak trip with my daughter In Desolation Sound. There were two days of 16 to 17 km paddling to and from the Eco Resort, and while I was a bit intimidated , I managed it very well. I also managed to sit in the rather awkward position in the kayaks for several hours in a row between breaks. I thought about my sit bones and my ribs! The shoreline was very rocky and unstable and tested my agility and balance. The movement education in Heather’s programs are remarkable.
