One to One Sessions
Private one to one sessions deal with your body and tailor the exercises to rebalancing the body, the breath and the mind. So all three can work together to create a higher level of function.
Equipment We Use
Youโll be introduced to โThe Reformerโ, โThe Cadillacโ , โThe Chairโ and โThe Springboardโ. All safe and supportive spring loaded resistance training devices.
What You Will Learn:

โ connect your arms to your rib cage so you can safely strengthen your upper body.
About Heather
Heather Dennis has been practicing Pilates for over twenty years and has studied how to use it as a therapeutic modality to help clients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, improve breathing related disorders or improve athletic performance.
Or exercise in a way that feels good, makes sense to the body and helps you attain better health.
Sheโs double certified by Stott Pilates and the prestigious Long Beach Dance Pilates Leadership program from California.
