How It Works / What to Expect
Every workshop is focused on a body part or a technique.
It’s live or recorded (depending on the offering), so you’ll have replay access.
Props may be involved; simple ones like balls, bands, blocks etc.
You’ll get instruction, time to explore, and guidance to feel safe and challenged in the right way.
