Workshops
Deep-Dive Movement Classes, One Topic at a Time
Each month, Heather hosts a 90-minute workshop that focuses on a single subject — hips, balance, shoulders, feet, spine, or core strength. These sessions are designed as deep dives to help you better understand one area of your body and feel the difference right away.
Who These Workshops Are For
If you’re new to working with Heather or in her online classroom, these workshops make a great entry point.
If you already practice regularly with Heather, these are for you too — to deepen your insight, refine your movement skills, and sharpen awareness of what’s specifically going on in your body.

About Heather in These Workshops
Heather Dennis, Pilates + Somatic Movement Expert
Heather’s workshops are more than “classes.” Each one is her way of bringing clarity to one area of your body with compassionate precision. She guides you through movement education, attention to detail, and mindful awareness so you understand what your body is doing — and how you can help it change.
These workshops are a great bridge into her style if you’re new, and a powerful amplifier if you’re already practicing with her.
How It Works / What to Expect
Every workshop is 90 minutes.
It’s live-or recorded (depending on the offering), so you’ll have replay access.
Props may be involved; simple ones like balls, bands, blocks etc.
You’ll get instruction, time to explore, and guidance to feel safe and challenged in the right way.
