Lessons 1 to 3: Assess and test
Lessons One and Two introduce you to six essential shoulder movements, followed by a shoulder assessment so you can understand what’s tight, restricted, or weak before moving into strengthening work.
Followed by Lesson Three, a warm-up, these three lessons help you build awareness, establish a clear baseline, and begin restoring shoulder movement with intention and care.
Lessons 4 to 6: The Ribs
Lessons Four and Five teach you the important role of the ribs, explaining how to use breath to improve rib cage mobility and reduce tension that can interfere with shoulder mechanics. You’ll learn how to gently mobilize your rib cage and thoracic spine, so your shoulders can sit and move with more ease.
These lessons all showcase how breathing, moving the ribs, and shoulder motion work together to create pain- free movement.
Lessons 7 & 8: Somatics and Strength
These lessons offer a somatic, floor-based shoulder and rib cage sequence that uses gentle rolling, side-lying stability work, and very light loading to help you feel how weight travels through your arm into the shoulder joint.
You’ll learn to load your hands without bracing or forcing.
