Heather’s workshops are more than “classes.” Each one is her way of bringing clarity to one area of your body with compassionate precision. She guides you through movement education, attention to detail, and mindful awareness so you understand what your body is doing — and how you can help it change.

These workshops are a great bridge into her style if you’re new, and a powerful amplifier if you’re already practicing with her.

How It Works / What to Expect

Every workshop is focused on a body part or a technique.

It’s live or recorded (depending on the offering), so you’ll have replay access.

Props may be involved; simple ones like balls, bands, blocks etc.

You’ll get instruction, time to explore, and guidance to feel safe and challenged in the right way.
